Oscar brings decades of experience in Mediterranean and upscale dining to the Pasta Louise kitchen. Originally from the State of Puebla, Mexico, he has worked in busy kitchens from New York to Miami, with a strong background in grill, steak, high-volume service, and large events. As Executive Chef, Oscar helps keep our kitchens running smoothly while supporting our teams through every service.

When he’s not cooking, you’ll probably find him working out at the gym. And his favorite pasta shape? Lumache!
