Jon Bohm

Executive Chef

Jon is a member of the long-time Pasta Louise faithful, having started long ago on the line. He's since risen through the ranks to help steward our fantastic kitchen team through service. Before joining our team, he honed his skills at Shoo Shoo and Gramercy Tavern. Ironically, despite how much time Jon spends in the kitchen, he detests the heat and can often be seen walking between the restaurants in the dead of winter in a t-shirt! His favorite pasta shape is lumache.
