Having grown up in Brooklyn, Diego’s been deeply immersed in the restaurant industry, managing notable spots like El Porron in Manhattan, Las Santas, Tacombi and overseeing operations for Peaches (BCRG) Group in Brooklyn. Diego comes from a family of restaurateurs and aspires to open a Latin American Tapas Restaurant in the future. He enjoys hosting dinner parties with friends and exploring wines from lesser-known regions. You can find him walking his dog, Wednesday and passionately rooting for the Knicks. In his opinion, Joe's Pizza in the West Village still reigns as the best slice in the city! His favorite pasta shape is fusilli.
